Selecting the correct model is critical to get proper parts options.

I acknowledge that by having these items shipped within the State of Connecticut 6.35% sales tax will be added to my order total above

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

FULL CREDIT will be issued if:
-Item is returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit
-Item was sold from Allmandtractorparts.com stock

PARTIAL CREDIT will be issued under the following conditions:
-Items returned within 30 days of purchase date will be charged 10% restocking fee
-Items returned after 30 days of purchase date will be charged 25% restocking fee
-Items returned after 60 days will be charged 35% restocking fee
-Non Stock parts will be charged and additional 10%
-Non Stock Parts – $50.00 minimum return value


The following parts will not be accepted for return:

– No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 90 days.
-From anyone other than original buyer
-Part removed from a machine or engine
-Incomplete, weathered, or damaged
-Unidentified
-Any product removed from sealed packages
-Having an indication that protective caps plugs or coverings were removed
-Discontinued Part
-Not in original packaging
-Made to Order parts
-Damaged parts
-Any Hydraulic part that has fluid added to it
-Seals and O-Rings
-Paint, chemicals, shop supplies, fluids etc.
-Used/Installed parts
-Electrical Components Unless in Original Sealed packaging (ie. starters, solenoids, alternators, switches, wire connectors etc)

All parts are subject to inspection. Any special circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis with Parts Dept. Management. All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Freight Charges will not be refunded unless Allmandtractorparts.com is at fault. Items found not acceptable for return will be held for a period of 10 days to allow for customer disposition. Allmandtractorparts.com assumes no responsibility for rejected parts beyond 10 days. This parts return policy does not pertain to warranty claims or parts ordered in error by Allmandtractorparts.com. In any case, Allmandtractorparts.com reserves the right to cancel or alter any portion of this policy without prior notice. Rev 3/17
